Located at 685 Fox Trail in Opelika, Alabama, our facility sits on 1,063,050 sqft of land with a 130,200 sqft main manufacturing facility — purpose-selected for its proximity to both Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama in Montgomery and Kia Georgia in West Point.

01

Injection Molding

Every molding machine purchased new — no legacy equipment — starting in 2021. In April 2025, three machines were upgraded to next-generation LS injection systems, enhancing precision and cycle efficiency. We mold the full range of interior sizes, from small trim to meter-wide console housings.

Assembly

Sub-assembly through finished module — clip, weld, and fastener integration with in-line poka-yoke verification and just-in-time shipment to OEM schedules. Tight tolerances hold across every interface for first-time assembly fit.

On-site Mold Shop (GMS)

Global Mold Systems (GMS), a specialized mold maintenance company, operates on-site within our facility. This embedded partnership enables rapid tooling maintenance, modifications, and repairs — cutting downtime from weeks to hours and protecting program launch timing.
