Our Opelika facility combines modern injection molding technology with a dedicated mold shop, purpose-built to deliver the precision and reliability our OEM customers demand.
Located at 685 Fox Trail in Opelika, Alabama, our facility sits on 1,063,050 sq ft of land with a 246,350 sq ft manufacturing building. The site was purpose-selected for its strategic proximity to both Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama in Montgomery and Kia Georgia in West Point.
Our injection molding operation features a fleet of machines that were all newly invested starting in 2021 — no legacy equipment. In April 2025, three machines were upgraded to next-generation LS injection molding systems, further enhancing our precision and cycle efficiency.
Our molding capabilities support the full range of interior component sizes, from small trim pieces to large console housings, with tight tolerances required for OEM assembly fit.
Global Mold Systems (GMS), a specialized mold maintenance company, operates on-site within our facility. This embedded partnership enables rapid tooling maintenance, modifications, and repairs — minimizing downtime and allowing us to respond immediately to engineering changes or production demands without relying on external vendors.
